Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Chester. Staff and location were pleasant, I had a fabulous experience here. The rooms were with a balcony, enjoyed it. The restaurant had cold food.

We really enjoyed that fairly decent hotel. Room was normal double and functional, had own bathroom. Unbeatable location to suspension bridge. The facilities were CLEAN MODERN and easy to use. Small garden outside.

We had a really amazing stay at this good little and known hotel. Twin room, nice size bathroom. Plenty of food for breakfast including fresh fruit, eggs and cheese. Friendly check-in, late check-out.

Nicely decorated property, spotless, superb service and excellent value. Plus it had patio view. I had access to overnight parking, very clean pool. Bottled drinks, stable wifi were a nice surprise...

It made our trip to Chester a very lovely experience. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Art. Lovely restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

staff was welcoming and food was fab. there was plenty of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit, eggs and cheese. i appreciated the cool room and luxurious bathroom. there was hq bus station, located near the hotel, just in case.

Spotless, comfy bed, spectacular location. The bathroom was generous sized & the bedroom was large. Breakfast was delicious - a good choice of meals - eggs, fresh fruit and cheese. Simple check-in and friendly customer service.
